The first letter is from Rep Dyson telling us that the Division of Insurance can help us. Representative Dyson tried very hard to help us inspite of how they try to prevent outside assistance in active comp cases. He was misinformed by DOI. Another letter will be forthcoming. The following letters are from DOI stating they cannot help because the state is self insured. We can take our complaints to the work comp board or to state officials. We can tell the fox he's doing wrong. Unethical, unfair and certainly a conflict of interest. It's like, "Well we did it, now what are you going to do?" They need to be held accountable yet have made themselves above even being investigated.
