Toxic Encephalopathy - It is very sad that workers' compensation is allowed to dismiss the seriousness of individuals with this injury. Especially when it's been proven by tests such as the P300 and PET Scan. To put them at further risk should be criminal. To knowingly put people in harms way or buy medical reports to deny them benefits, should be seen as some type of attempted murder. It would be if peanuts were deliberately given to someone with a peanut allergy, or force them to walk through a place that makes peanut butter. They need to be held accountable for further injuring a person who has provable health issues with exposures to chemicals.

Letters to state legislators. I wrote all of them asking for help, I did hear from just a few of them. Here I am again. The state bought a letter from Dr. Brent Burton stating my doctor is wrong, I can fly to see their next hired gun. I have tests that show what chemical poisoned me, a PET Scan, and a wealth of other tests that confirm, and WON my benefits back and received my medical retirement for. Yet, Burton, knows better than all according to him and apparently those in state government who are paying him to lie. FRAUD???? What do you think.

Lapsed Medical License - An earlier post showed a D&O regarding Thad Stanford and the date of an evaluation. This is another case during that same time period. Please note the Livsey name on the second page. Check the names on the state medical board posted previously on this site. Please let me know if you find any adjustments for these men regarding the use of a doctor with a lapsed medical license. As you can see from the medical board disciplinary page, he was fined $3000.oo dollars. Someone knew.
