Lapsed Medical License - An earlier post showed a D&O regarding Thad Stanford and the date of an evaluation. This is another case during that same time period. Please note the Livsey name on the second page. Check the names on the state medical board posted previously on this site. Please let me know if you find any adjustments for these men regarding the use of a doctor with a lapsed medical license. As you can see from the medical board disciplinary page, he was fined $3000.oo dollars. Someone knew.

I previously posted a document on SEAK/IME network and Dr. Allene Scott. This letter was sent to agencies in Pennsylvania when the state of Alaska tried to use her against me again. They actually let her search out and hire another doctor in the hopes of discrediting testing I had done at UCLA Irvine. This test was at her recommendation, no less. I am sure she was much dismayed when he turned out to be honest and concurred with the testing and diagnosis from UCLA. I believe it is very important for all injured workers, who have had lies or any other means done to harm them by insurance doctors, to file complaints with all appropriate agencies in that physcians state. While it may not turn it all around, the complaint will be on file for other workers to find, and that could be of great help in painting an acccurate picture of what they are and do. It is so important to expose those who perform for insurance money at the expense of workers. Never give up.

"Dr" Brent Burton, hired gun from Oregon. This is the hired gun the State of Alaska bought a derrogatory report from to aid in the loss of my benefits. They did this without prior notification to me and then Assistant Attorney General Rhodes tried to call it a "panel".

It seems quite clear that he was practicing medicine without a current license, yet the investigating state agency found no problems.

The state of Alaska has purchased a derrogatory medical review from "Dr." Brent Burton, of Oregon. He has provided these purchased services many times and harmed many workers here and discredited legitimate physicians and cost workers benefits they were entitled to. He has been hired and paid for by Alaska to do that to me, after nearly 29 years now and after I was awared a medical retirement for my injury. We will share all information and cases we can locate on him to help others show what he is and we would greatly appreciate any information you can share as well. Thank you.
